No Reason to Fear

2 Timothy 1:7, “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
God doesn’t want us controlled or gripped by fear. I read that 85% of all the things we are afraid of never happen. Of the 15% that does happen, we discover we can handle it better than we thought we could.
Goliath is such a picture of the enemy as he just wants to kill, steal and destroy us. He loves to talk trash on people as he attacks our minds and speaks lies. He’s a roaring lion wanting to devour, scare and threaten us and who wants to sift us like wheat.
God has given us His Spirit to overcome the evil one. Stay close to God, my friends and walk in the Spirit.
